Read More Not Working

can you post a live link to the page with the problem, to any page where a ‘read more’ link is visible?

it seems that you re using one of the supported themes from https://wordpress.org/themes/, so you could ask in https://wordpress.org/support/theme/arcade-basic

generally, the ‘read-more’ seems to be covered by another layer in the CSS, so that the links won’t get activated.

this might be caused by some of your recent edits to style.css, as the orignal CSS does not show this problem.

try to replace the content of style.css with the original from https://themes.svn.wordpress.org/arcade-basic/1.0.5/style.css

instead of editing the style.css directly, consider to use a ‘custom CSS’ plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=custom+css
