How to stop menu and sidebars from scrolling up

    I use a 2014 child theme (onceagreenberet.com). When you scroll down thru the posts the left sidebar scrolls and navigation menu scrolls up and disappears.

    In 2015 the left sidebar stops scrolling so you can still see it.

    Can I add something to the functions file to have my menu and sidebars not scroll up?
