Remove Short Description

    I know this has been asked before but the answer to “display:none” is staggeringly overused and wrong. Freighting how often I see that solution.

    I need to filter excerpt content (truncate “Automatic” as “Auto”) before spitting it back out so display:none will result in duplicate content “on” the page.

    Looking for a hook to just kill that aspect of the plugin and I’ll add it back in.
