gwa subscription plug in help probably easy!

I have the plug in installed and working good but there are a few things maybe someone can help with.

1. When you click the link in the conformation e-mail it sends me to the about page. I want to send them back to the home page. In the widget it has a dropdown to switch this but the about page is the only one in the list. Is there someplace in the code to change this.

2. I got this plugin from this site but there is a place to put an affiliate ID in for pro I never got one and I think this has something to do with a link on my blog and in the e-mails to get this autoresponder. I don’t want that. How do I get rid of those links. Is there someplace in the code I can do this?

3. Is there a way to do away with the double opt-in? I don’t want it!

4. The footer shows up in the messages but most of the other stuff in the options doesn’t

any help would be appreciated
