One of best free themes I've ever seen

    and yet I give it 4 stars.

    Problem is not in its design. It’s really good.
    And it’s impressive and likable, even though I prefer navigation pills,
    at least outlined, which are not available in pro version either.

    Its problem lies in not having decent framework
    through which all could be manipulated with ease.

    Instead we get editing through customiser,
    which is somewhat confusing, and it’s a drag.

    Hello ameo02,

    Thank you for your rating. The reason why we didn’t want to complicate Zerif with our own framework is so that the code is easy to access and understand for any web developer. We try to keep it simple so that every developer with basic knowledge can edit the theme’s files according to his needs.

    Also, the Customizer is now included in WP’s core, making it the default way for customizing themes. It’s also lighter on the resources.

    Beautiful looking theme, one of the best I found on WP, but I agree, it is not intuitively easy to customize and get to a beautiful and functional website. It should be way easier than it currently is to customize to meet your personal needs.

    One whole section at the bottom of the page, where you talk about current projects, I cannot even find a place to change and customize it, so I had to hide the section.

    Having trouble assigning buttons and menu items too, as well as uploading photos into the Our Focus section.
