Post Pagination

Hi

Firstly I am a bit of a beginner at wordpress so I apologise if this is a silly mistake.

I am trying to get the pagination working on a page that lists all of the posts.

I have created a new page and called it pageofposts.php and created a new page and assigned the page the new template.

The page currently looks like this:

Any idea how to add the pagination in?, say every 4 posts (obviously can change this).
