Integrate with WP SEO

Tried to integrate Transposh with WP SEO by Yoast but the patch instructions did not produce the intended result. I ended up with a white screen. I am hopeful someone will respond as I have inquired multiple times and in multiple places. Please offer detailed instructions.

A MANUAL WOULD BE GREAT! Is there a fully documented webpage or pdf for understanding the plugin?
