Hi,
Basically “upload image” button is inactive in all widgets. I have to manually copy and paste the url of the image to make them work.
I reseted, deactivated and even uninstalled plugins and still the same. So the problem has to be elsewhere. Number of people seems to have the same problem.

The Upload Image button does not work at all in any widget.
Nothing happens when i click on it.
It’s a new clean installation of wordpress and Zerif Lite, all is up to date.
Tested with all main browsers.
It’s not only on my website, when i test the admin of Zerif Lite on themeisle website, it’s the same.
When i test Zerif Pro on themeisle website, it works fine… so it’s specific to lite version.

I do Appearance->Widget… not anymore 🙂
It works fine if i go by Appearance-> Customize -> Widgets 🙂
Anyway, my client bought the pro version for his website for full functionality.
But thanks again for your answer it’s the good solution to use the lite version. It’s usefull for demos.

I am having the same issue. Uploading an image only works by choosing Appearance -> Widget -> Manage in Customizer.
This latest update disabled the option to upload images for widgets in the Available Widgets page.
Working on Zerif Pro and upload button doesnt work at all, pasting ands applying changes neither but my license idk how or why but doenst show up in my purchase history when i had bought it less than a year ago… I am lost and dont know what to do with this issue please help!
