removing blog from paper theme

OK, so what you have to do is first decide which page you want to use as your home page. That is, if you don’t want a blog page, then you have to pick a static page to use as your home page. Then, go to Settings → Reading from the admin dashboard and select A static page for your front page. From the Front page drop-down list, select the page that you want to use as your front page. If you don’t want a blog page, you don’t have to select one from the posts page drop down. Click the Save changes button at the bottom.
