Plugin recommendation for opt-in form

    Doe anyone know of a plugin where I can have a opt-in lightbox style opt-in form when my page is first visited?

    I would like there to be an email newsletter signup type of opt-in form (in a popup style with the page blurred) when my home page is first visited.

    I don’t mind paying for one on codecanyon if anyone has a suggestion for a plugin there.
