Thumbnail padding color not working correctly

    Hi, I just uploaded some images and the padding color of thumbnails and covers was black, even when I had that setting as #ffffff. I tried changing the color to another, then back to #ffffff, and regenerate all thumbnails, and now all of them are black padded. I think that option is not working properly. Thanks.

    You must have done something wrong, i just tested that it still works. On my testsite i made the green ( #00ff00 ), regenerated thumbnails and it worked, then i made tham #ffffff and worked also.

    Hi, I have tried to change thumbnails padding color to 2 different ones, but the result I always get is black padded. Is there some way I could start over (maybe re-initialize plugin) and then restore my settings? thanks.

    I will add more diagnostic code in the next version to see what is wrong.

    You may always de-activate and delete the plugin and re-install as if it was a new plugin. You will loose no data.

    Did your hosting provider recently change the php version?

    I don´t know if the php version has been changed lately. Now is version 5.2. Should I try to update to 5.3?

    Then, if I re-install WPPA Plus, I will not loose my albums and images? will I loose only my settings?

    You will not loose your settings either, so it looks useless to do.

    Yes, try update to PHP 5.3

    Hi! Updating PHP version to 5.3 worked. I could regenerate thumbnails to white padded.
