Separate sign up confirmation email for separate forms

I am using TWO separate forms; one each for different kind of subscriptions. But I see there is only ONE sign up confirmation email which goes out to the subscriber when the person signs up through either of the form.

I would like to have separate sign up confirmation email for separate sign up form. Please let me know how this is possible?
