Hey sederic,
Thanks for letting me know about that. We run WP_DEBUG on all test sites 24/7 and I haven’t seen that come up with the new WP 4.1.1.
Did you make any manual edits to your WordPress DB? It would seem that the only way that index could be undefined is if manual edits were made. It’s initialized properly everywhere in the plugin, and it’s been in the plugin for years.
We do monitor these support forums to help people, but this isn’t the main WP-SpamShield support page. Can you submit a support request and submit the full log info there (not here) so I can look into it? Thank you.

Thank you for your fast reply.
Mh yes, I made changes to the db… But this errors even occurr after reinstalling the plugin (is this possible?).
And I think, I made the same changes on two different wordpress instalations, and only on one installation, I get these errors.
But you’ll be right. Probably I made a mistake…
Thank you

Oops ok thank you. This completely uninstallation and new installation fixed my problem. I’ll watch out more the next time, I modify the db 😉
