The plugin doesn’t do any checks to determine whether or not users are logged in – it just always inserts the Conversion Pixel Code on the front end of the site regardless. I think the issue is most likely caused by your W3 caching plugin. Can you try going to General Settings in W3 Total Cache and emptying the cache, then doing a hard refresh of your browser? If you use Chrome, you can go to the front end of your site and hit cmd+shift+r on a Mac, or ctrl+shift+r on a PC to do a hard reset.

I have already tried what you suggested. I completely cleared the W3 Total Cache cache. I also completely cleared Chrome & Safari (cache, cookies, data, etc). The code does not display unless I log into the site.
Ok I did some testing. When browser cache is disabled in the W3 plugin, the code will display. Now the question is why? Still researching…
Ok I’m an idiot. I was searching the code for “conversion” since it was in the code comments but W3 was minifying the page code and stripping the comments. Duh. It was there the whole time but I didn’t recognize it without the comments. Sorry Kellen.
