Do you mean you’d like the grid squares to switch order randomly on page refresh? That’s a really cool idea! But not something that can be easily done without some code tweawking. 🙂 If you’re interested in exploring this in a child theme you would need to create a custom loop for the blog page and add a random parameter to it.
