wordpress with its own directory

    Hello everybody.
    I an apologize with my broken english.
    I give the WordPress its own directory and change the url in general setting to:
    WordPress Address (URL): http://ycac.or.jp/wp
    Site Address (URL): http://ycac.or.jp/wp.
    Works fine but
    when I type http://ycac.or.jp in address par it goes to twentyfourteen.
    any help would be appreciated.
    looking forward to hear from anybody.
