Icons not working after updating from 2.7.87 to 2.7.88

    Shaon got another buggy for you to work out. Tonight I logged in to find yet another update to your fabulous download manager, which really I expect to see every-time I login to my WordPress…..anyway….

    I have discovered an issue after I updated tonight from 2.7.87 to 2.7.88 I went ahead and created a new package that I needed to get out to my users. Its a PDF so I select the PDF icon, but after I made my post with the download link the icon is instead the ‘blank’ icon (wp-content/plugins/download-manager/file-type-icons/blank.png), and this happens no matter what icon I select.

    Do you have a fix for this, or is this a bug you need to fix with a new update? Please let me know.
