Feature request – PayPal booking fee

Hi Malcolm,

One last feature request! Would it be possible to specify the booking fee option as a percentage?

At the moment we’re charging a flat rate booking fee which means we’re making money off some people but making a loss on others depending on how many tickets they purchase in one go. Being able to specify the booking fee as 3% well allow us to cover the PayPal fee regardless of how many tickets are bought in a single transaction.

I wonder also if there is a way that we can skip the booking fee when sales are added manually? i.e. an admin can choose to apply a booking fee when adding a sale via the back end. Sales added manually are often cash and are not subject to a booking fee.
