I am so confused! I just created a new page: for some reason there are a bunch of POST titles boldly listed below the end of the page when I click the “preview” button.

When the page gets published the list of POSTS changes into a list of my other PAGES.

Meanwhile, when i view a post (not a page this time), there is a listing below called “Related posts”. But the pages issue above does not have any title indicating what the list on the pages is.

I have disabled a bunch of plugins trying to figure out if they were causing it. I have looked in the theme options for a way to disable it. I can’t figure out why where this list of pages is coming from, or if it’s even related to the the list of “related posts” showing up on the posts.

    Are these theme features?

    Can I disable them?

Can I disable them on a per page/post basis?

Can I add a title to the list of pages so it doesn’t look like a big bold list as part of the page subject content?

you can disable related post in wp-admin->appeareance->theme option->posts setting->related post

I have just tried that, but this is actually page with the related page title showing at the bottom. The disabling of “related posts” feature did not remove this. chekc it out: http://ascendancyconsulting.com/about-us/ This is a PAGE.

On this page, is link to a POST called There Is No Top.

Why is the post title displaying at the bottom of the page?

It’s not in the editor and I have already disabled the related posts feature.

i dont’ think that had anything to do with the theme builtin related post. its inside post content, so it must had been your own ‘text’ inside post when write post. double check..

I’m sorry, but it is not in the post editor at all. Not on the visual side, not on the text side.

However, I did just change the theme and it’s still showing up. So it must be a plugin or part of jet pack? IDK. Thanks though.
