Applying to a new job

I have just recently installed this tool, Created a new job. Now when I fill out the application and submit it I get this following reply;

“Thank you for your application. While your application doesn’t fit our current requirements, please contact us directly to see if we have other positions available.”

And the application is not listed in the applications area.
