Need to bypass for subscriber user at login

“Your IP has been flagged for potential security violations” is out of control on my membership site. My users are receiving this error message way too often. I’m about to design out this plugin completely due to the tech support calls as a result.

There is no reason a subscriber on my site should receive this message and I’d like to bypass the protection at login. Or at least redirect them to a page that tells them to contact tech support, with the IP, so that I can know to white list them versus having to go back and forth over email to get the error and their IP address.

Right now this plug-in is starting to cost me more than any perceived benefit, and I’m about to deactivate it.
