I’m currently on the free version of the Mailchimp for WP plugin. It’s working nicely.

After a user fills in the form, and assuming double opt, when they receive the initial confirmation email to signup, there is a Mailchimp logo at the bottom of that email.

If I go Pro and get the paid version, does that Mailchimp logo disappear?

    Thanks

  • Yes with paid The logo can be removed

You can also make the MailChimp logo less noticeable by changing the background color of your template. You will still see the work MailChimp but you will not longer see the button around it.

    Hi all,

That confirmation email is sent out by MailChimp itself, not by the plugin. You can remove the logo when you go with one of the paid plans for MailChimp, but that is unrelated to the paid plugin.

Please have a look at this page for all the MailChimp paid features. And again, please note that MailChimp itself is in no way related to the plugin, I’m just the guy who developed the plugin for WordPress. 🙂 Would hate to have you buy the Pro plugin for the wrong reasons.

Hope that helps. If not, let me know!

I’m a ‘pay and go’ customer and still have issues removing it. Jonty – you find a solution?
