  • Hello,

    I have got problem with “New Assignment” and “New Reply from Client” notifications. Emails about new customer request or response from the user are not sent. All others emails are working without problems (from support to users).

    I´m using sednding email via my own SMTP server and my WordPress user role is defined as administrator. Both of e-mail templates are activated.

    Could you help me, please?
