• Don’t buy this product. If you’re looking for a decent backup solution, I recommend either “UpDraftPlus” or “WordPress Backup To Dropbox”.

    The fact is, this software does NOT work out of the box.

    Their (slow to respond) “support” asked me to “create temporary logins” on my server so that they could “research the problem”, offering no solutions to any known issues. These are the shadiest programmers I’ve ever dealt with and my review will remain exactly as-is until I receive a full refund. I submitted the dispute to PayPal and was eventually informed that they don’t support claims for non-tangible goods.

    SYGNOOS ARE MORE PETTY THIEVES THAN PROGRAMMERS. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT. I WAS TOLD I’D BE RECEIVING A REFUND IN TWELVE DAYS FOR A PRODUCT THAT TOOK THIRTY SECONDS TO BUY, A PRODUCT THAT’S COMPLETELY WORTHLESS AND UNUSABLE.

    Let’s just see if I get my $40 back and MAYBE I’ll tone that statement down.

    Sygnoos doesn’t like the fact that, because they haven’t paid the refund that they owe me, I keep having to contact them to ask for it. Here’s their most recent response:

    “Seems you’re GAMING with our service nature. Contacting with a support team doesn’t mean you are in personal chat room and there is no need repeat the same message with the same logic again and again. You don’t respect our work, but we respect you and your opinion. So, all the messages received by you will be automatically rejected anymore. Take care, bye!!!”

    1) The customer is always right.

    2) My messages to them are 12-24 hours apart. Have any of you ever been in a chat room (since 1997) whereby you only enter conversational responses after that kind of time? No? Me neither.

    Sygnoos owes me money and that’s on them. Don’t put yourself through what I’m going through. Buy different software from an actual company. Otherwise, you’re begging for amateur customer service from a childish company.

    Spiteful review. I dealt with them and on the FREE plugin. Not only they replied frequently (it’s not a chat room as they pointed out) but they were interested in solving my problem.Realizing I’m a newbie and they can’t get too much help from my end they accessed the admin panel themselves and within one day fixed all what was not working.
    They even sent me Pro version after. Communication was pleasant and honestly if anyone is childish here would be the review poster.
    Support on plugins can be better or worse. I put this company in the better. But it takes a customer who realizes that world doesn’t spin around him and everything takes reasonable time.

    And yet … they STILL haven’t refunded me. Look at the original post date.

    BECAUSE THEY “CAN” … THEY’VE KEPT THE MONEY.

    The customer is always right and if they HAD refunded me, none of this would have ever been made projected public knowledge.

    Just know this: If you don’t like their product, they’ll twist and turn until you tire out so that they don’t have to refund a single cent.

    Here’s the simple truth … I’ve never reviewed a plugin or service as poorly as this. I’m a positive person with positive observations. THIS plugin and THESE programmers are legitimately on my $h!t list for their lack of respectability.

    Fail.

    90% of software is non refundable. Try to return Windows or Office jut cause you can’t make it work. You already have a copy of it and they will never pay you back.

    They’re crooks. Nothing more. Word of warning folks, there are far better plugins that’ve been designed by worthwhile programmers who aren’t on the take.

    Go with theirs and abandon these manipulative hacks.
