    What platform are you on? What web browser did you use to download the PDF? What application are you using to open the PDF? The md5sum of the PDF file should be:

    dfb599afb02690a472f126a637af4942 user_manual.pdf

    The file should be 1548666 bytes long. The offical download link is http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/weblibrarian/assets/user_manual/user_manual.pdf

    Just to be clear: The PDF downloaded from the URL in my previous reply opens just fine in all three of the PDF viewers I have: gv (GhostView), xpdf, and evince, all under CentOS 5 (Linux). It also works with the built-in PDF viewer in Firefox as well.
