File Access Issues on Multisite

    We’re using WP-FB on a multisite install. One of our subsite admins uploaded a file to their WP-Filebase install and had the file permissions open to all users. Under her account, the file is visible and accessible. However, once another non-admin user comes along, the file is not visible.
