• I updated to the latest versions of both S2Memeber (Pro) and Buddypress on the same day. Ever since I’ve been getting reports of new members having problems with registration.

    The register page appears blank with just the bar along the top with the Login and register links on them, people have been trying to click those thinking that’s what they’re supposed to do but nothing happens.

    I’ve tried disabling all plugins but the problem persists. I suspect it may be do to do with one of the updates because that’s when it seemed to start.

    Here’s a screengrab one of my customers sent me showing the blank register page:

    <img src=”http://i1375.photobucket.com/albums/ag449/Julia_Buckley/Screen%20Shot%202015-02-08%20at%2016.06.38_zpshtolgvsq.png” border=”0″ alt=” photo Screen Shot 2015-02-08 at 16.06.38_zpshtolgvsq.png”/>

    Hope someone can help soon as it’s very time consuming to have to keep manually creating user accounts and obviously not a good experience for new members to have to contact me to say registration isn’t working.

    Thanks 🙂

    Anyone able to help with this please? I’m getting more reports of the same thing and it’s causing a lot of problems.

    I do have the S2Member Pro account, but I can’t find any way to contact them for support…?

    thanks

    Well, first check your registration page, there can be some CSS that hides all. Then check for plugin or theme conflict. Is registration works without s2M?

    At “info” page at the s2M’s admin links stay a link to Pro forums for support.

    Thanks @krumch, no it still doesn’t work without S2M. Maybe it is the CSS issue, could you please explain how I check this? I’m not a professional web developer so I’m not sure what to look for and where.

    Thanks for directing me to the s2memeber support, I’m trying to contact them now but the process is very cumbersome and involves installing a php scan which I can’t get to work and setting up a log files function. Will see if I can work it out, but in the meantime it’d be great if you could let me know what how to check the CSS issue you mentioned.

    Ah great, thanks for letting me know Raam. 🙂

    @julia_b: If not fixed when s2M is disabled, it’s out of s2M. Try to disable other plugins and theme, one by one, to find when problem will disappear.

    thanks @krumch

    It has been resolved now – thanks @raam Dev. Turned out to be something to do with bbpress settings. Must have somehow got disrupted with the update(s).
