Mix up with Changing the Site URL

    I accidentally mixed up the urls in the settings from locahost to my http://www.example.com site and now I am unable to access wordpress dashboard to set the setting back. Anyone know what file I need to edit or how I can fix so I can get it back!

    Sorry, this is such a new-kid type of problem.
