Change Permalink for one page

    My page for my blog is homepage.com/layouts/sc/blog-2/. I want it to be homepage.com/blog.

    I can change the blog-2 part but can’t get rid of the layouts/sc part. The parent is set to Page Layout-Sidebar/Content. Does anyone know how to set this right?
