Save menu with chinese character ending with messy code

    I have search a lot of documentation about the encoding method in the wordpress,but they could not sove my problem.
    My problem is I can store traditional chinese correctly in the sql database with all the other pages and post but When i made a menu in traditional chinese and click save menu the chinese character turn into messy code.I need to modify them in the database table so that it can display correctly. I want to know how to solve this problem.Thanks very much.

    In the Appearance ->Menu->
    When I click save menu of the Traditional chinese of the menu all the charactor in Chinese become messy code

    but it is not work. The most wierd part is the store and retrive of the data is chinese character is ok in the page and post only not work with the menu.And the same problem with my other website.

    Exposing admin username and password along with crucial database details in public might lead to exploiting security of your website.

    Please remove the details. What Calvin wanted was the URL or address of the site.

    I tag the moderators to hide the sensitive details you share. You should change it all to avoid security problems on your end.

    I also see “page not found” when trying to visit the chinese version of your site. Is this also a problem you are experiencing?

    Your site is very vulnerable.

    Because there are problem with the menu, I hide the chinese version of the website, but if you enter the english version and change the menu by the language swither the messy chinese character will show up, and I am definitely sure it is not because the plugin because I have uninstall all the plugin, Thanks very much for all your help!
