    Hello! Good afternoon.
Our company is planning to launch soon a website based in WordPress and WooCommerce, but right now we are having problems with the shipment costs regarding the quantity of the products we are selling.

Right now we are working with 2 courier companies (CTT and SEUR), and we have a table with 7 different shipment rates based by the weight (Kg). like this:

    CTT
    500 g to 1000 g = 4€
    100 g to 500 g = 5€
    500 g to 2 kg = 7,50€

    SEUR
    2 kg to 5 kg = 5,80€
    6 kg to 10 kg = 6,65€
    11 kg to 20 kg = 8,40€
    21 kg to 30 kg = 9,50€

In our website we are selling 1 fire extinguisher that has total weight of 9 kg defined on his product page like this:

We would like to know how to configure your plugin when a customer adds to the basket, 2x of fire extinguishers, if the shipment cost increase by the quantities, based on the table and example above, so the final shipment price for those 2x fire extinguishers will be 8,40€.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi!

Just use Min Weight, Max Weight and Handling Fee fields. You will have to created 7 configurations/profiles.

Also, please take a loot at this forum topics. There are a lot different configurations discussed.

    Hello!

    OK, thanks for the reply.

We did that, but at the moment we can’t figure out how to fix this problem.

Do you provide or do you know anyone who can provide us a pay support? We are willing to pay someone to fix this problem.

By the way, tell us one thing.
In each product we have, do we need to have a specific weight and shipment class chosen for this plugin works?

    Thanks.

You do need to have specific weight. Shipping class is not necessary, usually.

Please contact me with Premium Support button on the plugin settings page.
