Admin menu does not expand

Hi,

I am having problems administering my website Redooce.com as the admin menu (wp-admin) on the left does not expand to show the sub menus.

I can only click on the buttons that show at the top level such as users, plugins but cannot get to any of the other sub menus such as appearance>widgets or anything under the tools menu to make any changes.

I am sure it is because I am using a custom theme, but it only started happening fromm about version 4.0 and I am really stuck as cannot find a way to resolve it.
