Translating blog manually

I want to translate the options on the blog site itself ( I dont care about the dashboard) like ‘recent comments’ and ‘categories’ and the ‘dates’

my language is not available on most plug-ins

i only want people to be able to see the site in this language

Is there a way of translating the links/dates of posts manually?

(i have download qtranslation, transposh and poedit, but cant seem to figure out what to do)
