Minimum Seat Spacing Blocking Disabled

    The feature is disabled if the user is logged in and that user has StageShow_Sales capability. This allows box-office “staff” to over-ride the limitations on allocations of seats. To test without this … log out!

    Thanks Malcolm!

    The only issue is that when I try and select seats logged out it won’t let me with the feature turned on.

    All of the seats are yellow and can’t be selected.

    Can you advise what I’m doing wrong ha ha.

    I’m having the same issue in my website. I checked your website and now it’s working fine. Can you please let me know how you fixed this issue. In my website I cannot book seats, all of them are yellow. Thanks.

    Hello,

    It seems to be an issue with the individual computers according to a coversation I had with Malcolm a while ago. I believe he said it was to do with Jarva.

    Think he’ll need to give us some tips when he can?
