    Otherwise this is a great plugin with Woocommerce. Support is non-existent even if you are a paying customer of their themes.

    So before you spend days, weeks and even months working out your wp site only to realize that you are on your own when problem arises with this plugin….Good luck!

    I’m sorry, but what you are saying it is not true. We have a support team composed by 8 people that works daily to solve the issues of our products and answer to all the support requests we receive. As a proof of this, here you can find the satisfaction information of our clients about our support.

    I don’t usually post negative reviews. Users can always sign up to your support forum and see for themselves. I only see users trying to help each other in the forum and non from Yith.

    There again I really hope this situation can be changed for the better and honestly, I like the plugin and hope to be able to use it in the near future.
