Support » Plugin: ManageWP Worker » The worst….

  • This junk was a complete waste of time. Ostensibly, this service helps backup your site and is supposed to assist in cloning your site if you want to move it.

    Only…it only works if you have no content (or very little) to move. [And no, I didn’t have a huge site, either.]

    The support is a joke. I wasted my entire day waiting on someone to do what I had already done. In the end her sage wisdom counseled me to call my hosting company.

    All the while the company peppers you with all this stupid and annoying tech-speak.

    My favorite part, though, was after wasting the day they have some idiotic drop-down question asking me “how do you feel right now?” So stupid. Don’t waste your time.

    I’ve little doubt these guys spend their time scouring the internet looking for reviews of their product (as opposed to working on their service)…so if that is the case,I leave you with th e following:

    Hi ManageWP. How do you feel right now?

  • Frankly, I feel confused 🙂

    We have such a question, but it’s only asked initially when a support ticket is opened, so we could better help our users. Other than that, there is no such question anywhere else on the dashboard.
