How to change font to bold on menu in footer

    I had this working fine until I moved the site to my root directory. Now the menu in the footer is no longer Tahoma Bold like I had it set to before. Tahoma Bold is loaded, but it does not change when I select the menu in the footer. Any ideas? Thank you for your help.
