    There could be a number of issues causing that. Please shoot an email to support at kraken dot io and we’ll get it working for you. There’s no need to post a one-star review when the cause of the problem is unclear/unknown and you haven’t even had a chance to test it.

    Karim,

    You make assumptions without knowing the work we have done. We clearly identified the plug in as the source of our uploading issue after spending a lot wasted time.

    Hi,

    I made no assumptions. That the plugin *does not work* for you could be for a variety of technical or non-technical reasons (did you register for a Kraken account, and enter your API Key/Secret in Media Settings, for example?).

    Moreover, to blame the plugin when the cause could be your system is useless – it would be more helpful to identify the root technical cause of the failure, and get it working.
