    Can you please try deactivating all of your other plugins except Jetpack, and checking to see if the mobile theme appears on your phone then?

    If so, turn your plugins back on, one at a time, checking the phone after each one. Once it goes back to showing the normal theme, you’ll know which one is causing the problem.

    I am done with the exercise and found that W3 Total Cache is creating problem.

    Once I activated it decreased the mobile page speed and as well as Mobile user experience.

    Any suggestion ?

    There’s a couple things you can try:

    1) Turn off W3TC’s minifying features. These are known to cause issues with some Jetpack features.

    2) Allow mobile user agents to bypass the cache and load the mobile theme.

    I’m not too familiar with W3TC myself, however, so if you need help doing these, I would recommend contacting their support folks:
