Sorry for long delay to response. I was away on travel in Asia and it took me some time to recoup from the jetlag.

To be able to get the dialog to close when you click outside of the window, you just need to set the Dialog Exit method to Anywhere in the Configuration section.

    Hope you enjoyed your trip!

Can you add a little more clarity on where and what I need to insert?

    Is this the correct field:
    Under Viability>
Javascript Dialog Closure Callback – What should I enter her? Anywhere?

    Thank you again!

No. The correct field is called Dialog Exit Method, under the Layout section.

Here is a screenshot showing the configuration option. It needs to be set to Anywhere.
