Problem running IFTTT recipe

    In IFTTT.com, whenever I try to run my recipe (Twitter to WordPress), I get the message Problem Running Recipe.
    The log says ” WordPress Action Error –
    An error with WordPress prevented your Recipe from working.”

    All my login credentials are correct. It worked fine when my custom domain was pointing to wordpress.com. But since I self hosted my blog, I get this error.

    Any idea what went wrong?
