Manage Signups is failing

    I’m using S2Member Pro on Multisite, WP 4.1, with BuddyPress, BBPress.
    Admin>Users>Manage Signups is failing with permission denied error.

    In Network Admin, I can see the Manage Signups. which takes me here:
    mydomain.com/wp-admin/network/users.php?page=bp-signups
    If I try to email or activate or view a user I get permission denied error

    In Network Admin, If I go to All Users and click Pending I see pending Users here:
    mydomain.com/wp-admin/network/users.php?page=bp-signups

    In my Main site or other sites, I can’t see Manage Signups. If I go to All Users and click Pending I get the permission denied screen.

    Any ideas?
