If you already have the shortcode for the cart setup your all set.

Put the code in a popup and set it to load on every page.

Set the position to be bottom right, bottom = 0, right = 0.

Set the animation to slide and animation direction to up. Set the animation origin to bottom.

Also be sure it is set to be Fixed Position.

Next set the size to custom and define the width either by % or by px and set the height to auto.

This will result in a small popup that slides up from the bottom right corner and stays there.

The key now is how do you want to trigger it? Obviously automatically, so you have options, time delay with auto open, setting cookie to disabled. Check out the Scroll Triggered Popups extension to do it based on scroll, or write a little JS using our easy to use JS/jQuery APIs & Methods to trigger it on your own custom action.

    Hope this helps.

PS & this stands for all users: if your inclined, I have outlined a Popup Maker – Persistent Popups extension that I don’t have time to work on at the moment. We have opened our extension store to 3rd party developers and already have a list of nearly 30 ideas for extensions in Trello. All those Ideas are up for grabs and can be sold through our marketplace or released for free to wordpress.org. Last option is to create it for me and I’ll pay you for your time if you preferred.

Not a problem. You can make anything from Slide outs, Floating footer bars, floating header bars etc with these same principles.

Add Advanced Targeting Conditions and you can choose who to show them to.
