I encountered some issues when finalizing a ticket purchase (no attendee information found) and wanted to restart with a clean version of the plugin in order to reproduce them for documentation.
I couldn’t do it. As there is many data left in the database (outside the espresso tables themselves). I realized this because my created events where back in the newly installed version and the first two of the three “First steps” where already “striked through”. Additionally, previously registered attendees remained in the wordpress data base.

    Hi strehlst,

Try logging into your WP dashboard and going to Event Espresso –> Maintenance.

Then click on the reset/delete data tab. On the next page, click on the large delete button and confirm.

On reactivation of the plugin those getting steps should be cleared of the strikethrough:

Thanks, I already restored a backup. Will try it next time 🙂

Great, let us know if we can do anything else. If you have time to give a review, we’d appreciate it.
