WordPress Error: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

    I have a site that allows all other plugins to load in admin. However when I try to run “Regenerate Thumbnails” I get this error.

    “WordPress Error: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”

    I’ve disabled all Plugins apart from Regenerate Plugins, used default the Default theme, checked database entries for database prefix, tried different browsers, and yet I still can’t get rid of this error.

    Does anyone know why it just happens and appears near impossible to fix.?
