    No, not without changing the plugin source code. The definition of the custom post type that is used to define Google Forms within WordPress uses the string “wpgform” as a unique handle.

    Currently it isn’t a string that is set up for translation, I am not sure if that is something that would even work for translation – I would be hesitant to try it.

    If you want a different URL, you can always create a post or page and drop the form on the page using the shortcode. That would allow you to use your standard permlink settings for the form.
