• I use Mandrill to send all my emails and it works very well.

    When I activate the mandrill plugin, the formidable form doesn’t trigger the CC and BCC email addresses, only the TO address.

    When I deactivate the mandrill plugin it all works as it should.

    Basically, it seems if there is a CC and BCC address in Formidable it doesn’t get sent via Mandrill, and I’d guess it’s a header issue somehow.

    I’ve spoken to Formidable support and they said:

    “Can you please contact them with this? They are changing the email headers so this is beyond Formidable control.”

    Any help is appreciated in getting to the bottom of this as I use Mandrill on about 30 sites as well as have an entire CRM system and other systems built on formidable forms so I can’t deactivate them!
