    You are using a caching plugin and the caching plugin might be caching the nonce (security token) and hence the token has been used before.

    “And can I vote for multi times at the same post?” You can set it in the WP-Admin -> Rating -> Rating Options. Set the logging method to do not log.

    I am not using a caching plug in but I still get a “failed to Verify Referer”
    How did you resolve this issue? and Lester, how can this issue be resolved if one is not using a caching plugin but still encounters in. I’m using the latest wordpress. thanks
