• Hello. Sorry if this is a duplicate issue, but I read some of the others and it didn’t have a specific solution.

I’m seeing that same message on the page two of my thumbnail gallery, after coming from the slideshow.

    Default Gallery Type Template

This is the default gallery type template, located in:
    .../wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_gallery_display/templates/index.php.

If you're seeing this, it's because the gallery type you selected has not provided a template of it's own.

The difference with mine, this only happens if I show the Slideshow first. Then clicking the [Show thumbnails], I see page one, but page 2 gives me the message. If I just show the thumbnail gallery first I don’t have the problem. However once I go to the slideshow and come back to the thumbnails it happens again.

The only difference I see is the path/URL.
    /nggallery/page/2 or /nggallery/page/2/thumbnails
    works fine. But,
    /nggallery/thumbnails/page/2
fails. This is the URL used in the pager after returning from the slideshow.

Hope all that makes sense. Any idea how to solve this issue?
I tried to play around with my permalinks with no resolution.
    Thanks for your help.

@jberg1 – This is a known issue with Slideshows to Thumbnail displays with multiple pages. The current work-around is to go under Gallery > Gallery Settings > NextGEN Basic Thumbnails and set the number of images per page to 0 (zero).

This will eliminate the pagination navigation and display all thumbnail images from the display and therefore the link causing the problem will not be presented.

We are still working on a better solution but this will work for now.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
