Just feature images as thumb on HandHeld

Hola. My wife has a blog, fridaskrypin.se, and we have installed Elegant Themes HandHeld-plugin and it works fine, its just one thing that we cant get right… When using a cellphone (thats what the plugin is for =) we can only get the featured images to show up on mainpage as thumbnails… I know its possible to change the code (somewhere) and get thumbnails on all posts on mainpage, featured or not featured images, casue I myself had this on my blog several years ago.. Now I cant remember how to do it and I have tried search without any luck.

Can someone pls help me with this? I add my functions.php here (for the plugin theme)
